Dinner Menu à la carte.

Our Menu of relaxing options served outside in the peaceful relaxing garden poolside through spring & summer. Served by the fire indoors autumn & winter.

 The evening meal is served from 18H until 19H, 7 days a week. 

Reservations and orders for dinner must be received in person or by email no later than 10H to ensure availability of ingredients and preparation.

  • Fillet Of Norwegian Salmon (180-200g) Grilled Served With Hollandaise Sauce And Salad.
  • Homemade Gnocchi Served With Locally Grown Mushrooms Of The Caves Des Roches Of Bourré In Butter Sauce.
  • Confit Duck server small confit Potatoes, steamed Vegetables and Duck Gravy.
  • Shrimps Skewers Sautéed in Ginger, Lemongrass and Garlic served with Asian Greens, Coconut Basmati Rice and a Sesame dipping sauce.
  • A Large Garden Salad.
  • Basket Of Fries.

Dessert

  • Homemade Grand Macaron of the Day. (Salted Caramel, Pistachio, Tropical Pina Colada, Strawberry, Creme Brule, Raspberry, Chocolate, Lemon Merengue & Cherry) The Macaron choice changes daily throughout your stay.
  • Local Goats Cheese served with homemade fig jam and salad.
  • Coffee or The Assortment of Tea Infusions.
