The Restaurant is open 5 nights a week THURSDAY-MONDAY. Bookings are essential by EMAIL ONLY firstname.lastname@example.org as we are not always available to receive phone calls.
All meals are prepared by Matthew the owner who is a 5 star trained and award winning Chef de Cuisine of over 20 years experience. Seating times are 19h, 19h30 & 20h, reservations are essential. it is not possible to dine later than 20h.
Please place your dinner order no later than 10h as many dishes require several hours of preparation and are all homemade by Matthew. If no order is given many items may not be available. The order may be given by email before arrival or by the end of breakfast during your stay. Thank you for your understanding.

Dinner is served at private tables of two with at least 1.5m of spacing. We serve a maximum of 10 guests in our private restaurant to ensure your comfort.
