Dinner is offered 5 nights a week THURSDAY-MONDAY in the restaurant with a 3 course set menu of the day.

All meals are prepared by Matthew the owner a 5 star trained Chef de Cuisine of 20 years experience.
All Inclusive: 35 euros per person 3 course menu.
- Bottle of Still or Sparkling water.
- Main course.
- Tea, coffee or hot chocolate.
Reservations are essential in advance (48 hours minimum) as all menu items are prepared homemade with locally purchased fresh produce and therefore require significant preparation time.
Dinner is served at private tables of two. Seating times are possible at 19h or 20h. We apologise, later dinner seating times are not possible, late table arrivals may be turned away.
Menu du jour Thursday:
Homemade ricotta gnocchi with a mushroom burnt butter sauce.
Fillet of salmon with hollandaise sauce and homemade fries.
Grand strawberry macaron with Chambord soaked strawberries.
Menu du jour Friday:
Spinach and parmesan tart.
Chicken supreme served with homemade black truffle infused pasta with cream of basil pesto.
Chocolate fondant with vanilla ice cream.

Melon and prosciutto salad.
Fillet steak with green peppercorn jus and potato gratin dauphinois.
Hazelnut macaron with Frangelico chocolate mousse.

Tomato mozzarella salad.
Wild cod “Cabillaud” served with steamed vegetables, scalloped potatoes and a garlic butter sauce.
Citron tart with Italian meringue.
Menu du jour Monday:
Casserole of confit garlic prawns, tomato and goats cheese.
Magret duck with confit vegetables, sauce of red wine & Grand Marnier.
Tart Tatin with vanilla ice cream.
A wide selection of Wines, Beer and Soft Drinks are available at additional cost. Our wines are carefully selected from local vineyards which we happily recommend our guests to visit
Celebrating your birthday? A homemade Macaron birthday cake can be arranged, I require minimum 7 days notice. There is an additional supplement of 25 euros and is served as dessert for the table. (size suitable 2/4 personnes). Larger cakes can be requested, additional charged will apply.
